How to login to the helpdesk
We are implementing the Kayako helpdesk in order to consolidate the help desk in modernbill with
the helpdesk linked on the website. Up until now there were two help desks which made it difficult to
keep track of tickets.
The login to the help desk utilizes the same login information as the Modernbill billing system.
You can login to the helpdesk via modernbill or directly though the helpdesk icon. We have migrated
old logins from the previous desk.
If you have difficulty logging in, you may need to re register in the new desk or use your modernbill login to
access your tickets.
